The only TV program in Malaysia with subtitling for the deaf

Kopi Bersama Ustaz Kazim which airs on TV9 since this month is so far the only TV program in Malaysia that has subtitles for the deaf which appears on screen instead of being prompted to press the subtitle button (TV9 has no facility for subtitling using the latter method). It is in Malay. It differs from the subtitling used for translation of foreign TV programs as it has explaination of any music which is heard or sound effects. The subtitles are the same as how the people speak except it has some corrections on words or other things. I am not a regular viewer of this program but started to found out about this since the program started its airing.

TV9 acknowledges the airing of the program with subtitles for the deaf by showing the caption and the graphic in the screenshots below. It is a symbol of an ear drawn in green, same as TV9's logo colour.

Neither TV schedules, promos for the show itself, TV9 on the social media nor others explicitly state the program has subtitling for the deaf as far as I know.

The deaf community has been served by sign language interpretation on a few TV programs which existed first before subtitles which has been exclusively used for translation of programs in vernacular or foreign languages to Malay or sometimes English when translating Malay dramas. Nasional 8 on TV1 are one of the few programs that have sign language interpretation.
